She was from the LeBleu – Sallier families that originally settled in the Lake Charles area.
She is survived by her sons, Alfred Burson and wife Tracy of Gurnee, IL; Coleman Burson and wife Stephanie of Welsh; brother, Vance Droddy and wife Carolyn of Moss Bluff and four grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee Burson; parents, Alfred and Norma LeBleu Droddy.
Her visitation will be Thursday, July 17, 2014 from 9:30am until 2:00pm service time at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles with a rosary at 11:00am. Burial will be at LeBleu Cemetery. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com
