She was born to parents Rocky and Callie East on September 22, 1989.
Courtney was born in Metarie, LA and lived in Westlake, LA. She worked in construction and loved working. She loved her family and friends, enjoyed life to the fullest, and enjoyed traveling.
Those left to cherish her memory are her parents Rocky and Callie East; her husband Keevon Bell; and her children Charleigh Bell, Bentley, Bella and Harper.
She is preceded in death by one son Channing Bell.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
