David Robideaux

He was born in Lake Charles and lived in Santa Cruz, CA prior to moving back to Lake Charles. He also was a resident of Hayes, LA for many years. He was a US Navy Veteran during the Korean conflict. He was the cemetery sexton for the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Santa Cruz, CA and he was of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Robideaux is survived by his wife, Anna Belle Robideaux; sons, David Robideaux and Leonard Robideaux both of Santa Cruz, CA; daughters, Ruby Feldman of Ft. Meyers, FL and Sarah Schlussel of Clermont, FL; sister, Dolores Allen of North Carolina and his beloved Penny; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Xavier and Amy Robideaux; first wife, Beulah Robideaux; second wife, Beauna Robideaux; brother, Clifton Robideaux.

His funeral will be 3pm, Friday, July 13, 2012 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Visitation will begin Friday, 10am until service time. Burial will be in Broussard Cemetery in Hayes. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
