D'Ester K. Granger Keenan

Moss Bluff - D'Ester K. Granger Keenan, 52, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012 at her residence.

She was born in Lake Charles and lived in Moss Bluff. She was a member of St. Theodore Catholic Church. She was a 1976 graduate of Sam Houston High School and loved car racing, rodeo and barrel racing, landscaping and animals. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and a giving person to all she met.

She is survived by her husband, Mark Keenan of Moss Bluff; daughters, Deanna Rae Keenan and Hannah Nicole Keenan of Moss Bluff; three step-sons, Justin Keenan, Brandon Keenan and Sean Keenan of Lake Charles; mother, Anna Rae Martin Granger of Moss Bluff; sisters, Donna Granger of Moss Bluff; and Laura Granger of Westlake and also three step- grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Westley J. Granger.

Her service will be Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Theodore Catholic Church. Msgr. Charles Dubois will officiate. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:00 p.m. and resume Saturday from 8:00 a.m. until service at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff.
