Yvonne left behind a life lived entirely on her own terms. She was known for her independent spirit, strong will, and a deep appreciation for the little things — especially her collection of clocks, which she loved to wind and listen to. The steady ticking was a sound she found comfort in, even when life itself rarely ran on schedule.
She was a mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter. Though she walked her own path, her presence — and absence — both left a mark on those who knew her best.
Yvonne was a member of First Pentecostal Church of Westlake.
She is outlived by her children, who will carry forward the memories, lessons, and laughter she left behind.
In the end, Yvonne reminded everyone that life doesn’t have to follow the clock — it just has to be lived.
Doris is survived by her daughter Stacey Hampton (Scott); her son James Williamson (Rachel); and her son Darren Williamson (Debbie); her sister Barbara Kirkland; her 8 grandchildren, her 16 great-grandchildren and her 2 great-great grandchildren.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband Judge R Williamson; her parents Lonnie Ray Colley, Jessie Blanche Romero; and her great-grandchild Jessica "Jess" Laine Wheat.
