She was a diehard Astros fan. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira A. Mixon Jr.; her daughters, Janice Marie Stewart and Susan Fuller; 2 brothers, Clifton Beeson and Harvey Beeson; 2 sisters, Effie Beeson and Lee Ola Beeson.
She is survived by her 3 grandsons, Chad Mitchell Stewart and wife, Stephanie of Tomball, TX, Brant Jason Stewart and wife, Cristina of Houston, TX and Jared Wade Fuller of Indianapolis, IN; 4 great granddaughters, Madeline Marie Stewart, Samantha Ramona Taylor Stewart, Victoria Stewart and Indigo Quinn Stewart.
There will be a graveside service at 2:00pm, Saturday, May 4, 2013 in Conroe Memorial Park Cemetery.
