Mr. Daigle worked in the oil industry for many years and then later as a self-employed drilling consultant.
Survivors include his sons, Tarral Daigle of DeRidder, LA and Dan Daigle and wife, Jilda of Southgate, MI; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Pearl Louise Daigle; brother, Leroy Daigle; sister, Theresa Fruge; and granddaughter, Debra Dawn Daigle.
His funeral will be at 10am Thursday, February 14, in Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. The Msgr Charles Dubois will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery.
