Helen Louise Willis

Mrs. Willis was born in Groom, Texas to Robert and Myrtle Mae Watson.

She is survived by her husband, Denny Willis; daughters, Edith Fruge and husband, Jerry of Lake Charles and Patricia Lore and husband, Norman of Sulphur; son, Robert Large and his wife, Katy of Sulphur; three sisters, Bobbie Mae Casey of Cross Plains, Texas, Barbara Josephine Medley and husband, Bill of Rising Star, Texas, Norma Tucker and husband, Bernie of Cross Plains, Texas; seven brothers, James Watson and wife, Gale of Cottonwood, Texas, Everett Watson and wife, Alice of Waco, Texas, Donald Watson and wife, Patsy of Cross Plains, Texas, Johnny Watson and wife, JoLaine of Sour Lake, Texas, Harry Watson and wife, Ida of Kaufman Texas, Jerry Watson and wife, Patricia of Jasper, Texas and Troy Watson and wife, Glenda of Lampasas, Texas; eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.

Mrs. Willis is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Troy and Myrtle Mae Watson; two brothers, Earl and Dwayne Watson; two husbands, Leonard Large and Jack Humphries.

Visitation will begin Thursday, September 6, 2012, 5pm-8pm at Hixson Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Her funeral service will be Sunday, 11am at Higginbotham Funeral Home in Cross Plains, Texas.
