He was born September 8, 1957 in Lake Charles, LA to Steve and Gladys Harrison Hazelton. He lived most of his life in Lake Charles and was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He leaves behind his wife, Linda Pratt Hazelton; two sons, Luke Mordecai Hazelton and Jarid Steven Hazelton; one sister, Claudia Hazelton Bushnell and three grandchildren, Jarid Hazelton, Jarriya Hazelton and Mia Hazelton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Gladys Hazelton; one sister, Grace Ellen Hazelton, grandparents, John Steve and Grace Morgan Hazelton and Otto and Nora Land Harrison.
A cremation and graveside service will be handled by Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles with interment at 11am, Friday, March 2, 2018 at Camp Pearl Cemetery in Reeves, LA. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com
