Joe retired from Entergy Gulf States after 40 years of service. He was a proud veteran of the Louisiana National Guard and United States Air force. Joe was also a honorary member with the Knights of Columbus for over 50 years.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 26 years, Lillian "Tommie" Cloutier; children, Richard Cloutier and wife Brenda, Julie Landry and husband Ricky, Mike "Clou" Cloutier, and Steve Cloutier and Sanita; sister, Diane Cloutier; brother, John Cloutier; Kasie, Kandace and Ryan; Kallie and Jackson; and his companion, P.D.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Adolphe Noe Cloutier and Rose Aimie Blais Cloutier; first wife, Mary Ann Cloutier; grandchildren, Ronnie and John Steven, Jr.; brothers, Robert Cloutier, and Jimmy Cloutier; and aunt, Aunt Dee.
