Loretta Gayle Says

Gayle was born on August 10, 1952 and a lifelong resident of Lake Charles. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to her. She worked as an Administrative Assistant, was an avid golfer, loved to read, watch TV, and spend time with family and friends. Although she never had children of her own, her nieces and nephews were her children.

Those left to cherish her memory are brother, Henry Chaumont, Jr of Lake Charles; sisters, Diane Stutes of Lake Charles; and Laura Smith of Port Neches, TX; goddaughter, Kali Ardoin of Ragley and cherished friend, Sallye Duhon of Grand Lake.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Henry “Hawk” Says, parents, Henry and Carrie Chaumont, brother, Robert Chaumont, sisters, Madeline Chaumont, Sheila Miller and Debbie LeDoux.

Monsignor Jace Eskind will officiate a Graveside Memorial Service at 10am, Wednesday, August, 10, 2022 at Highland Memory Gardens.
