She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Granger; parents, Jim and Martha Gray Hood; brothers, Paul and J.B. Hood; sisters, Mavys H. Bradford, Cleta H. Gann, Nellie H. Weekley and granddaughter, Amanda Brown. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara G. Confer and husband, Terry, Jerrie Granger; 8 grandchildren; 1 granddaughter-in-law; 6 great grandchildren and a number of nephews and nieces.
A Graveside Service will be held in her honor on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 11 a.m. in Belah Cemetery in Trout, LA. Services will be under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
