She is welcomed into heaven by her husband of 64 years, Berkman Bertrand; and her parents.
Nellie is survived by her children, Ronnie Bertrand; Tammie Richard; Carol Sigler; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Cremation is entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home.
