Those left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Anne Bullard and Mary Miller both of Moss Bluff; nieces and nephews; Sarah Vidrine, Tony Bullard and wife Jennifer, and Kirby Miller and wife Mandy; and great nieces and nephews, Kolton, Kurry, Logan, and Fionna.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers-in-law, Perry Bullard and Johnny Miller.
Memorial Services for William will be held at a later date.
