Beulah L. Daniels

Beulah L. Daniels, age 97, of Lake Odessa went to be with The Lord surrounded by family at her home on Monday, August 5, 2013. Beulah was born March 12, 1916 in Sebewa Township to Dan and Eva (Aungst) Austin. She was a graduate of Lake Odessa High School. On June 22, 1935 she married her high school sweet heart Oren Daniels and spent 73 years together before he preceded her in death. Beulah was a homemaker all of her life along with being a butcher at Fates and Carl's. She was known for being an excellent baker, gardener and seamstress and especially known for her cream puffs and cinnamon rolls. Beulah was well known for her hospitality which will be dearly missed. Survivors include: children Dallas (Jane) Daniels, Gary (Sharon) Daniels, many grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Proceeded in death by: parents, husband Oren, children Larry Daniels and Margene Smiley, sister Lucille Torrey. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, August 7, 2013 and Thursday, August 8, 2013 from 6-8pm at the Koops Funeral Chapel, 935 4th Ave., Lake Odessa, MI 48849. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, August 9, 2013 11am at the Koops Funeral Chapel with one hour of visitation prior to service. Interment will follow at West Sebewa Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Pennock Homecare and Hospice Services or Helen DeVos Children's Hospital Foundation "NMTRC" (Pediatric cancer research).
