Caroline Combs

Caroline Combs, age 80, of Ionia, Michigan passed away suddenly on Monday, January 22, 2024. Caroline was born on August 16, 1943 to Nelson and Gladys (Misner) D'Water in East Jordan, MI. Caroline loved to play cards, spinners, go to garage sales. Spending time with her cat Garfield was a highlight to her life in recent years.

She leaves behind her daughter Kim (Mark) Aguirre, son Rodney (Loretta Webster) Casey, grandchildren Nathan, James, Jesse, Corrine (Chris) , Dylan, great grandchildren Brice, Bentley and Brayden, siblings Joyce Ackerman, Leroy D'Water, Ronald D'Water, Jim (Karen) D'Water, Pat(John) Johnson, Robert (Karen) Peabody, Judy Lilly, Daisy Miller, Nelson (Gloria) D'Water Jr., Dorothy Janusz, Kathy (Tom) Jackson, Karry (Teri) D'Water, Terry (Vicki) D'Water, and Jimmy D'Water along with many nieces and nephews, special friends Harriet and Bruce, fur baby Garfield.

Caroline was preceded in death by her parents and sons Ricky and Randy Curtis.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 29th, 2024 at 10am until 11am at Koops Funeral Chapel with Funeral beginning at 11am. She will be laid to rest privately in Lakeside Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers donations in Caroline's name can be given to the family for final expenses.
