James V Day

He was born on May 9, 1968 to Thomas and Ferol (Buxton) Day in Ionia, MI.  He graduated from Lakewood High School in 1986 and then proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for 3 and a half years. Jim worked as a driver for Crop Production in Sunfield, MI.  Jim was happiest when he was hunting and fishing or in the garden.  Jim is survived by his mother Ferol Day, three brothers, Greg(Rebecca) Day, Matt Day, Joe Day; uncle, Jim(Marilee) Buxton; aunt, Jeannette(Lee) West; Two Nieces, Ashley Day, Kaitlin Day; nephew, Jacob Day, close cousin Amy Grill, and many other cousins.  He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas F. Day.

Visitation will be held at Living Gospel Church., Lake Odessa, MI on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 from 5pm until 8pm. 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016, 11:00 am at Living Gospel Church, Lake Odessa, MI, with Pastor Steve Hadley, officiating.
