Robert W. Meyers

Robert W. Meyers, 65, of Lake Odessa, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2011 at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. He was born April 22, 1946 in Lake Odessa the son of August Valentine and Fern Harriet (Walker) Meyers. He attended Lake Odessa Schools and was employed at the Lake Odessa Machine Products for several years. Bob loved life and enjoyed talking with people. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Wilma Faust and Clara Norris; brother, Vern Meyers. Surviving is his brother, George (Carol) Meyers of Ionia; sister, Ada (Harold) Dennie of Lake Odessa; numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday, July 28, 2011 at Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa.
