Sharon Strong, born on August 15, 1956, passed away on December 25, 2025, at the age of 69. Sharon was a faithful, compassionate, hard-working, and humorous individual who touched the lives of many around her.
Sharon graduated from Lakewood High School in 1974. She went on to serve her country with dedication in the US Army from 1976 to 1985.
She is survived by her siblings, Carol (Lee) Jackson, David (Caroline) Strong, Julie (Mack) McDowell, her Aunt Madeline Meyers, her beloved fur babies Sophie and Lucy, and many nieces and nephews. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Barbara (Hunt) Strong, her sister Barb Strong, and her nephew Aaron Strong.
Sharon had a deep love for animals, cherishing many fur babies over the years. She enjoyed crocheting, reading her daily devotions, and listening to contemporary Christian music. Her presence will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
