Eleanor Mary Renza, 95, passed away so peacefully on March 13, 2024 at her home in Boynton Beach, FL. She was born on April 29, 1928 in the Bronx, New York to Verecondo and Yolanda Piasio. In 1950, Eleanor married Joseph and went to have two children. In 1978 they relocated to Boynton Beach from New York City, NY.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her son Stephen in 2007 and her husband Joseph in 2010. She is survived by her daughter, Karen; her daughter-in-law, Lourdes; two grandsons, Michael and Christopher (Melissa) and her two great granddaughters, Parker and Palmer. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and an abundance of friends.
A gathering for family and friends will be held from 2:00 – 5:00pm on Monday, March 18, 2024 at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461. A funeral mass will take place at 10:00am on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at Saint Thomas More Catholic Church, 10935 South Military Trail, Boynton Beach, FL 33436. Graveside services will follow at 11:30am at Lake Worth Memory Gardens, 3041 Kirk Road, Lake Worth, FL 33461.
