Jamie Claire Nelson, 38, of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away unexpectedly in Franklin Township, Bradford County, PA. Jamie was born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL. Beloved daughter of Leonard J. Nelson and Laurie Barrett (predeceased); loving mother of sons, Noah Nelson-Smiley and Ethan Dieguez; and longtime companion of Victor Dieguez; caring sister of brother, Corey Tucker; cherished granddaughter of the late Aileen C. Nelson and Leonard E. Nelson; and beloved niece of the late Peter J. Nelson. Jamie is survived by Aunts: Mari Nelson, Margaret Nelson, Dawn James, Florence G. Barrett; Uncles: James J. Nelson, Richard Barrett; Cousins: Michael Nelson, Jennifer Andrus (Scott); James J. Nelson, Jr., Carl Nelson, Sharon Talbot and Wendell Smith. May God watch over you, sweetheart, until we all meet again. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 pm on December 21, 2013, at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memorial Gardens Chapel, with visitation starting at 12:00pm
