Age 60 of Jupiter, FL passed away April 10, 2013 after a 9 year courageous battle with multiple myeloma cancer. Jay was born in West Palm Beach and was a 2nd generation Floridian. He was an avid hunter and fisherman prior to his illness.
Jay is survived by his loving wife, Cheri; parents, John and Juanita Griffis; children, Jason Griffis, Heather Fawcett and Jason MacNeney; brother, Jimmy Griffis; sister, Jana Gaboury; nephew, Justin Gaboury; and 5 grandchildren.
Friends may visit from 12:00 – 2:00pm on Sunday, April 14th. Funeral services will begin at 2:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
