Family was very important to Joanne and she loved spending her time with her brothers, sisters and grandchildren. Joanne enjoyed traveling and loved all animals.
She is survived by her two children Vickie Ward and Ronald Legacy, Son in law Christopher Ward Sr. Three grandchildren Christopher Ward Jr., Elizabeth Ward, and Jeffery Ward. Three sisters Karen Stewart, Patricia Fellows and Gail Belcher. Five brothers David Fortune, Bruce Fortune, Brian Fortune, William Fortune and Keith Belcher. She joins her parents Charles Belcher and Priscilla Fortune along with her brother Peter Fortune.
Memorial arrangements will be held at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith funeral home in Lake Worth, FL. The viewing starts at 1:00 pm with services beginning at 2:00 pm, on Monday, February 6, 2012.
