88, of Lake Worth, FL, passed away on March 21, 2012. She had been a resident of South Florida for over 50 years having moved from West Virginia. Lillian was employed for 30 years at Ranches Drug Store before retiring and was active in the White Shrine of Lake Worth and in the Red Hat Society.
Survivors include her son, Steven (Willis) Botney of Spruce Pine, NC; daughter, Lisa (Kirk) Botney Volker of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; grandchildren, Christopher and Sarah Volker of Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She was predeceased in 1998 by her husband of 51 years Andrew George Botney.
The family will receive their friends from 6 PM until 7 PM on Monday, March 26th at the funeral home with a memorial service to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Lillian C. Botney to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 22594, West Palm Beach, FL 33416.
