Norma Irene Phillips Mann, 84, of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away on March 13, 2026. Born December 12, 1941 in Little Valley, New York, she was preceded in death by both parents, Charles and Vivian Phillips; five brothers, Benjamin, Edward, James, Floyd, and Timothy; her husband, Clair Emory Mann, and son, Edward Eugene Mann.
She is survived by her grandson, Tristan Emory Swart Mann, and granddaughter, Morgan Lynn Mann.
Viewing and services will be held at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 10:00am.
Burial will take place at Lake Worth Memory Gardens on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 12:00pm.
