I miss you so much already and the missing is completely different than what I felt by not getting to see you everyday by living in the same town. You and I have been through so much together. How you taught me to be tolerant and caring. You have always been the quiet giant in the family.It makes me and my family so sad that we do not have you to share the new things with us. Daddy is lost and is trying to move on, but his pain is so great! It is important to me that I get to continue to communicate with Kathy and her family and I will be sure to do my part in that. Thanksgiving has come and gone and it was very empty. Your call on that day and the times that you and Daddy would come to Oklahoma and hunt and celebrate with us, WE MISS! We did put up our Christmas tree the other day and wow! there were so many ornaments that you have painted over the years, I promise to share these with your grandchildren and great-granddaughter Emma Jo. Thank you Pat for helping me to become the woman I am now by coming into my life at 12 years old. I love you and always will, and when my turn comes up to go to the gloryland please meet me at the door with all my other loved ones who are there with you now.

Pat was a wonderful wife, mother,stepmother & grandmother to all of her children. She was always willing to jump in and take on any task that was before her. Never complaining and always willing. We had so many good memories with her. She was a strong person and would be there for any of us that needed her at anytime. I feel very blessed to have had her as my stepmom. I will truly miss her. She was so talented with her many artistic projects. I know she was in alot of pain these last few weeks on this earth but I know that she is now with God and her body is whole and she will be looking down watching over all her family. She adored all her grandchildren & great grandchildren and would get so excited when they were around. She will always have a special place in my heart and I know that the many happy memories will carry our family through this sorrowful time. My prayers and love go out to Kathy, Mark & family and Kenny & his family. Your mom loved you dearly. When the Lord calls our loved ones home, he leaves a gift of memories in exhange. We love you and will miss you. Rest in Peace, Pat.

Steve, I forgot to post my name on my original post. The Ice House table,Friday's after work,when they both, your Dad and Pat would come and join us and have a few stories and laughs. Memories...I am so sorry for your loss but she is in a better place now and one day we will all be together again. Steve

Not only have we lost our Grandmother, we lost a business partner, and a Great Grandmother to our children.  You will always be remembered in my heart as one of the toughest woman I have had the pleasure of knowing.  You will be deeply missed by the family but know you are in a much better place now.  As we look into the sky we will know you are still painting the sky above.  I have known you and pops longer then my own Grandparents and could not of asked for better Grandparents.  As you paint from above paint Pops and Me a big buck for our next hunt together.
