Raymond Gallon, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and man of deep faith,passed away peacefully on June 27, 2025, at the age of 86.
Born on January 10, 1939, Raymond dedicated much of his professional life to Con Edison, where he was known for his unwavering commitment, integrity, and dependable work ethic. His quiet strength and humility earned the respect of all who worked alongside him.
Beyond his career, Raymond was a devoted Christian and a faithful, active member of his church. His life reflected his faith in every way — through his kindness, his generosity, and his steadfast belief in service and prayer. He was someone who lived by example, leading with compassion and a gentle spirit.
Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Gallon, and their son, Raymond M. Gallon, along with his wife Lori Gallon. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Jaclyn, Kaitlyn, and Daniel. He also leaves behind his sister, Margaret Zettl; his niece, Margo-Liza Zettl; his nephew, Joseph Zettl; and his great-niece, Laleina Lopez.
He will be remembered as a man of integrity, humility, and quiet wisdom. To his family,he was a strong and loving presence; to his friends and church community, he was a man of faith who lived with grace and purpose.
Raymond Gallon’s legacy of love, faith, and service will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
