83, of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away on December 14, 2012. He had been a resident of South Florida since 1972 having moved from Old Bridge, NJ. Robert graduated from Butler High School in Butler, NJ. After high school, he married Marilou Bradford. Mr. Haight retired from Union Carbide in NJ and opened Pool Services of North Palm Beach. He was a Korean War veteran. His life was his family.
Survivors include his children, Patricia (Robert) McCullough, Bradford Kerr, Gary (Patricia) Haight, and Gail (Leon) LaBossiere; 14 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brother, Kenneth (Mary) Haight. Mr. Haight was predeceased by his wife Marilou in 2003.
The Haight family will receive their friends from noon until 2 PM on Monday December 17th at the funeral home with his service to follow at 2 PM. Mr. Haight will be laid to rest with military honors at Lake Worth Memory Gardens following his funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Hospice of Palm Beach County. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home.
