Robert Joseph Knauf, 83 of Port St. Lucie, formerly of Staten Island, NY passed away on June 7, 2015. He is predeceased by his son Jeffrey Knauf; survived by his loving wife of 57 years Frances; 5 children, Darryl(Luann) Knauf, Dwayne(Laura) Knauf, Marlene Knauf, William Vogel and Wendy Blair-Escobar, 7 grandchildren, Katie Hansman, Jennifer Knauf, Mary (Jim)Pizzadili, Sarah(Richard “Bo”)Niston-Nixon, Mario Intonia, Andrew Intonia and little Bernadette Intonia, 2 great grandchildren Philip Niston, Bradly Niston and 1 great on the way baby Pizzadili; sister Jene Venturino and sister in law Honey Knauf. A visitation will be held at Dorsey E. Earl Smith on Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 12-2:00PM with a funeral service at 2:00PM. Interment will follow immediately at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
