

Sara Ann Coleman Kintz passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on December 28, 2015. Born on June 2, 1933 in West Point, MS, where she resided until she attended and graduated from Blue Mountain College, also located in Mississippi. She taught elementary school on Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, FL where she met her husband, James P. Kintz. Together they moved to the City of Atlantis in 1961, where they raised five children. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and good friend to many. She was a longtime member of PEO Chapter EZ in Lake Worth, a former board member of the Caridad Center in Boynton Beach, and member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lantana. Survivors include her husband James P. Kintz; children Kerrie Schandelmayer (Charles), Julie Kintz, Paul Kintz (Jennifer), Leslie Leckrone (Todd), Christopher Kintz (Linda), brother William G. Coleman, Jr. and eight grandchildren Clifton, Sara, Stephen Schandelmayer, Kristin and Coleman Kintz, Brittany and Brennan Leckrone, and Maggie Powell. Calling hours Sunday, January 3rd from 4:00PM - 6:00PM at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home, Kirk Rd., Lake Worth. A funeral mass will be held Monday, January 4th at 11:00AM, Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Lantana. Internment will be held at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, 3:00PM.
