Sofia was preceded in death by her husband, Antonio Delgado Velez, sons, Roger Gonzalez and Richard Velez.
She is survived by her children, Cynthia Lugo (Hector), Jackie Sastoque (Carlos), Wilfredo Gonzalez (Milagros), Nelson Gonzalez, Gladys Rosa (Hector), Wilson Velez (Elsie), Mayra Sierra (Israel), Angel Velez (Marilyn), Rosa Velez, and also several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 26, from 6:00PM to 9:00PM, with a funeral service on Friday, January 27, at 10:00AM, at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Lake Worth Memory Gardens.
