Tate Ixyr-Gaige Kilgore, age 31, of Palm Beach County, Florida passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024. He was born in Crown Point, Indiana. He was a welder and mechanic by trade. He had a great sense of humor and he was a hard worker. He loved his dog, "Tyson", who passed away in August 2023.
Tate is survived by his son, Gaven, and daughter, Brelaya of Michigan; his father, Timothy Kilgore of Cedar Lake, Indiana, and mother, Jane (Trevor) Loftis of Milan, Indiana; his sister, Kylie (Jake) Hale of Killeen, Texas; his special friend, Amanda Dimon of Boynton Beach, Florida; his grandparents, nieces, nephews, cousins, step-brothers, aunts, and uncles.
Cremation will take place Monday, June 3, 2024, in Florida. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at Victory Hill Baptist Church, 23030 State St., Steger, Illinois. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The funeral service will be from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Burial will occur at Memory Lane Cemetery located at 6305 Lincoln Hwy., Crown Point, Indiana, at 2:00 PM.
