Verneta Ashton, age 72, of Interlachen, FL; formerly of West Palm Beach, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 11, 2016, with her devoted husband of almost 55 years by her side. She is survived by her husband, Larry Ashton, their three children and spouses: Marge & Steve Caprossi, Lisa & Mike Lowe, and Marty & Esther Ashton, and 4 grandchildren: Christopher Forrest, Montana & Sierra Lowe, and Hannah Ashton, as well as her brother Paul Slusher.
Verneta’s greatest joy in life was being together with her family, whom she loved beyond measure.
A visitation will be held at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home from 6 – 9 p.m. on Thursday, April 14. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, at Dorsey-E. Earl Smith Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 6411 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.
