Walton Walford Wallace passed away peacefully at Tiffany Hall Nursing and Rehab Center in Port St. Lucie, FL on December 6, 2021 at the age of 78. Walton was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica to the late Colonial Fenwick Wallace and Princess Alberta Gibson on March 3, 1943. He spent many years in Jamaica and then migrated to the Bahamas for a period of time. Walton then moved to America where he worked as an auto body mechanic. He met and married his beloved wife, the late Fay Monica Wallace ,and they eventually settled in Queens, NY.
Walton’s favorite pastimes included gardening, hosting and attending family gatherings, and traveling around the world. His love for travel brought him to Florida, where he and his family settled to live in the sunshine that resembled his birthplace.
Walton is survived by his four children ( Michael, Sophia, Sonja, and Shevaun), his sisters (Daisy, Beryl, and Elaine), grandchildren (Benjamin, Simone, Tatiana, Destiny, Camron, and Gabriella), great-grandchild (Arielle) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Walton, affectionately known as Wally, Bredda Wally, and Brown, will be truly missed. He was devoted to caring for his family. His love was greatly felt and will endlessly live on. Rest in heavenly peace, Wally.
