ANTHONY LOSACCO, 93, of North Denver passed away on June 19, 2015, proceeded in death by his parents, Joseph Losacco and Amelia (Cianco) Losacco, five brothers and five sisters. Anthony served in the United States Coast Guard from 1942 to 1946, along with brothers George and Bill. On June 9, 1946 he married Marguerite (Margie) Carroll and together they raised three children, Ellen, Alan, and Craig. Anthony was the owner of Colorado Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Company, a wholesale produce company at the historic Denargo Market. He loved the outdoors – sitting on the porch, tending to his flowers, fishing with his sons, and playing golf. He will be remembered for a deep love and compassion reserved for his beloved wife Margie, who fell asleep in the Lord on January 27, 2015. He is survived by daughter Ellen Carroll, and sons, Alan (Diana) and Craig (Trudi) Losacco; grandchildren Janel, Melissa, Todd, Neil, Kristin, Kelly, and Melanie; great-grandchildren Casey, Jade and Ronan; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to give special thanks to his personal caregiver, Cindy, for her kindness, generosity and friendship, which Anthony appreciated so very much in the final year of his life.
