

She passed away peacefully with loved ones by her side at Porter Hospital.
She was born on March 20, 1940, at porter Hospital to Walter Burton Wair and Margaret Eileen (Long) Wair.
Connie grew up in Fort Logan (Sheridan) Colorado, graduated from Sheridan High School in 1958 and lived the
rest of her life in Sheridan, Colorado. She met her husband - Edmond Magnus Jacobsen, when they both worked
at Samsonite. They were wed in June 1959 and soon began building their family, buying a house on South King Street,
where they raised 3 children and started their own tire business, selling used, recapped and new tires.
Connie was a wonderful storyteller and a walking history book of her hometown. She was loved dearly by her
family and many friends.
Connie is survived by her daughter Angela (Angie) and son-in-law Paul Roberts of Sedalia, daughter-in-law
Jacklyn (Jacki) Jacobsen of Thornton and son Lance Jacobsen of Englewood, sister and brother-in-law
Eloise and Bill Nelson, brother and sister-in-law Walter (Bert) and Terri Wair, grandchildren Ryan Simpson,
Tyler Jacobsen, Shawnte Roberts and Kristen Roberts, great-grandchildren Zavian, Noah and Gracie and
numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents - Walter & Margaret, husband - Edmond, sister - Priscilla Polichio
and her son Edmond (Eddie) II.
