Frank Carl Duran, life long Denver Native, veteran, beloved husband, step father and friend, passed away on February 9th at his home surrounded by those he loved. He was born on August 12, 1949 to Philip and Rose Duran, and grew up on the West side of Denver. He graduated from West High School, and enlisted in the United States Army. Upon his arrival home, Frank began a life long career as a truck driver in constructions.
Frank loved his job, and he worked for Le Farge Construction, retiring after over 40 years. When he wasn't at work, Frank would be found singing for his band Los Amigos or going up the hill to Blackhawk. He was a good man, a good friend, and a great dad.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Susie; his three daughters, Anna, Mary Ann and Diane; siblings, Marie, Dolores, John, Jimmie, Ronny, Rico, Angelo and Judy.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023 at 10AM at Advantage Runyan Stevenson Chapel in Lakewood.
Frank will be laid to rest in Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado, later.
