Linda Taylor hitch hiked across the United States in the early 70’s. Growing up in a small town she couldn’t wait to break free. Linda passed away peacefully at the age of 70 from dementia on July 24, 2022. She was surrounded by her family, her oldest son Taylor and daughter Margaux and their combined three granddaughters and spouses. Linda was raised by her parents Don and June Taylor in the very small town of Badger, California. She grew up with her best friend and brother DT and her older sister Donna. After her high school years, she joined the Way of Ministry where she found the father of her children in Pennsylvania and moved across to Colorado where they would raise their children in Lakewood. She attended college once the kids went back to school and achieved a bachelor’s, returning to work as an accounting assistant, spending over 15 years at the Auraria Higher Education Center. Linda loved being outdoors, running her 7 miles a day around the numerous lakes or digging her hands in the dirt, planting flowers. She fiercely loved her kids and had a special bond with each of them. She was never without a pint of Cherry Garcia ice cream, a comforting hug and her ability to always be there, no matter what.
Linda will be cremated on the 31st of July 2022 and her ashes will be spread in Colorado and California
