On September 3, 2018, Patrick J O’Malley, MD passed away in his home in Golden, CO. Pat was born January 14, 1970 in Fullerton, California, the youngest of five boys. He attended the University of California in Los Angeles as an undergraduate. He completed medical school at University of California at Irvine. He trained as a Diagnostic Radiology resident at University of California at San Diego, and as a William G Bradley Jr MD PhD MRI fellow in Long Beach, California. He spent his radiology career in Denver, Colorado as a partner with Denver Imaging Associates. He was a brilliant radiologist with a vast fund of knowledge. Pat enjoyed cycling and hiking the beautiful Colorado outdoors, traveling, and hosting karaoke parties. He was a proud father and husband and is survived by his wife and two young sons. He is remembered affectionately by his fifteen nieces and nephews, brothers, large extended family, coworkers, and friends. Pat embraced life with a warm heart, an overflowing glass, a youthful exuberance, and a contagious laugh, all of which will be greatly missed. There will be a private service at a later date.
