

Wally is a veteran of the Vietnam War, where he served as a machine gun corporal and earned several medals, including the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Riffle Sharp Shooter Badge. He also specialized in combat demo land and mine warfare and booby traps. Wallace was born in Denver, Colorado on February 2, 1950 and was the oldest child of Viola Pearl Cook and George Clinton Cook.
Wally worked as a refrigeration mechanic for 34 years. He enjoyed sports, camping, fishing, golfing, and gambling.
Wally was married to Mollie Estes; they were married on August 14, 1984; they were married for 33 years.
Wally is survived by his wife, Mollie Fuqua, 7 Children, Don Renken, Jennifer Robinson, Crystal Estes, Nikki Blackwell, Bobby Fuqua, Robby Fuqua, and Brittney Fuqua.
He also leaves behind 15 Grandchildren, Jenna Renken, Andre Rawlins, Brian Williams, Leora Blackwell, Alex Robinson, Tyler Robinson, Joey Bocian, Kaileanne Bocian, Victoria Fuqua, Calvin Koontz, Samantha Renken, Navaeh Gutierrez, Aidan Blackwell, Lillian Gutierrez, and Lexie Blackwell.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on June 14, 2017 at the Advantage Runyan Stevenson Chapel. Pastor Donovan will be officiating. Burial will follow the funeral at Fort Logan National Cemetery at 9:30 A.M. on June 15, 2017. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Advantage Runyan Stevenson Chapel.
