He was born on April 26, 1928 in Metropolis, Illinois to his parents, William and Alice Cagle.
Bill enjoyed fishing, traveling, dancing with the ladies and drinking margaritas.
He is proceeded in death by his spouses, Dorothy M. and Marie E; and his lady friend, Norma Stirling.
Bill is survived by his children, Dave (Deb) Bowman and Kathy (Russ) Leclerc; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Alice Blevins.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, August 3rd, 2015 with viewing starting at 11:00AM at Advantage Runyan Stevenson Chapel, 6425 West Alameda Avenue, Lakewood 80226. Interment Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
