Arthur James Muldoon

Arthur James Muldoon, age 66, of Lakewood, NJ, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2016 at the Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ. He was born in Manhattan on September 26, 1949, and he was the son of the late Veronica and Edward P. Muldoon, Sr. He was a resident of Staten Island, NY for many years before moving to Lakewood 25 years ago. He was a former member of the Laborer’s Union in Staten Island and later was employed by Dover Township Department of Public Works. Arthur served in the US Army. He is survived by his brothers Edward P. and Laurence R. Muldoon with whom he resided. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 p.m. at the D’Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood, NJ 08701. His funeral mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the church of St. Luke, 1674 Old Freehold Road, Toms River, NJ 08755.
