Barbara was born in Brooklyn, NY on December 19, 1945. After her early years in New York, her family relocated to Delaware before coming to Ocean County in 1975. She was a retired Taxi Dispatcher and enjoyed playing Bingo and visitin Atlantic City.
She was predeceased by her husband, William Wiltbank and her daughter, Sherry Jefferson.
Surviving are her children: Anna Bermeo, Judy Jefferson, and Cathy Kwashek and her husband Ray; a sister, Cathy Scriver; 8 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
A memorial visitation for Barbara and her grandson, Roger Rowland, will be held on Friday at the D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave., Lakewood from 6-8PM. A service will be held at 8PM at the conclusion of the visitation.
