Carol enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City, working at her son's hot dog truck for years where she delighted in greeting and talking to customers. She was an avid NY Jets Fan and loved watching football. Her favorite thing in the world was her grandchildren, she adored spending time with them.
Carol is predeceased by her beloved husband Robert Brokaw Sr.
She leaves behind a son, Robert Brokaw, Jr. and a daughter, Laura Lisi. She is also survived by three cherished grandchildren, Robert Brokaw III, Anthony Brokaw, and Hailey Brokaw.
She will be missed by her dear family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 8th, 2024 at D'Elia Funeral Home; 1300 Vermont Ave, Lakewood, NJ 0870.
