Charlotte D. Meyer, 96, passed away peacefully March 7, 2014 at Bartley Manor in Jackson. Mrs. Meyer was born in Brooklyn, NY and was a 65 year resident of Lakewood, NJ. Charlotte was an Avon representative for 65 years. Her true love in life was spending time with her loving family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be greatly missed by all. Mrs. Meyer is predeceased by her husband Howard Meyer Sr.Charlotte is survived by her children Howard Meyer and his wife Betty, Nancy Pugliese and David Meyer and his wife Dawn, 8 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.Arrangements are under the direction of the D’Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701.
