Eva Stout

Born – August 11, 1930

Went to glory – April 11, 2025

Eva Marie Stout of Lakewood, NJ died peacefully after a short illness surrounded by her family. She was born in Jamesburg, NJ and moved to Edison, NJ after her marriage. Upon Retirement, she and her husband moved to Naples, FL where she was active in the community. She received a citation from the Naples Police for her organizing of the Enchanting Shores Neighborhood Watch. She returned to New Jersey and became active in the Pinecone Club and Quilting club at Leisure Village East.

She is predeceased by her husband, William F, her father, Nils Wideberg, and mother, Ina Mae Petrie. She will be missed by her daughter, Bonnie Ann Rumpf, son-in-law, Robert, her son, William (Bill), daughter-in-law, Karen and her sister, Elizabeth (Bettie) Linke along with her granddaughters, Heather Fox, Ashley Rumpf and Paige Stout and three great granddaughters, Adriana, Olivia, and Chloe Fox.

Private Burial will be on May 30th at Brigadier General William Doyle, Veterans Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ where she will be placed alongside of her husband, William.

A Celebration of Life will be on May 31st at St. George’s Anglican Church, Main St., Helmetta, NJ. Condolence call will start at 9 AM with service and interment at 10:30.
