Gloria E. Sanjek, age 87, of Harrogate in Lakewood, passed away Friday, July 13, 2012 at her residence. Born and raised in Richmond Hill, NY, she lived in the Lionshead North section of Brick Township for 18 years, before moving to Harrogate in Lakewood in 2003. Mrs. Sanjek was a retired bank clerk for Citibank in New York, NY. She was a member of the Holy Cross Lutheran Church of Toms River for 25 years. Wife of the late Ewald W. Sanjek, she is survived by her son & daughter-in-law, Edward J. and Carole Sanjek of Plainsboro, NJ; a daughter, Andrea Lee Robertson of Sonoma, CA; and her 3 grandchildren, Michael Sanjek & his wife Dawn, Michele Piper & her husband Stan, and Angela Masson & her husband Steven; and 5 great-grandchildren, Luke, Kaitlyn, Connor, Steven and Dylan. Arrangements were conducted privately by the D’Elia Funeral Home of Lakewood.
