Marion Wolf

Marion Wolf (nee Altizio), 81, formerly of Manasquan, passed away on February 16, 2022. Marion was born in Jersey City, grew up in Lakewood, and lived in Manasquan for thirty years before moving to North Carolina and then Florida.

Marion married Vincent Wolf in May 1963. She and Vincent raised his four children from his first marriage and added three more of their own.

She was predeceased by her husband Vincent, her parents Corrado and Rose Altizio of Lakewood, and her sisters Lily Bushek and Zena Esper.

She is survived by her brother Mauro Altizio (Linda), formerly of Toms River; her children Thomas (Sherri) of Leonardtown, MD; James (Debby) of Berkeley CA; Jean of Brick, NJ; Peter (Mary) of Point Pleasant Beach, NJ; Luke (Debi) of Wellington, FL; Mark aka Drew (Toby) of Point Pleasant Boro, NJ; and Paul (Christine) of Wall, NJ. She had fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.

Although saddened by Marion’s passing, the family is comforted knowing that she will be at rest in eternal peace and love. A family service will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity. Marion always believed that goodwill to others is never in vain when done from the heart.
