Patrick "Pop" Francis Norris

Patrick "Pop" Francis Norris, age 87, of Lakewood, New Jersey passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020. "Pop" was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA moving to Marlton, NJ in 1970, Holmdel, NJ in 1979 and settling in the Fairway's Community in 2000. Pat proudly served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked for Seagram's Distillery as the National Marketing Manager, retiring in 1998. Mr. Norris was very active in the Kiwanis organization, serving as the president of the Holmdel club and Lt. Governor of National Kiwanis to name a couple of his achievements. He was awarded the Humanitarian of the year award from Kiwanis. He was an avid reader and was known for his periodic distribution of articles to his family and friends. Mr. Norris also loved to travel with his family, especially to Sea Isle City every year. Patrick loved the Philadelphia Eagles and to play tennis, but his true passion in life was spending time with his grandchildren. Mr. Norris was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend nd will be greatly missed by all.

Mr. Norris is predeceased by his brother James Norris.

Pat is survived by his wife of 61 years, Helen, children, Theresa Norris Randise and her husband Perry, Jacqueline Pike and her husband John, Patrick Francis Norris II and his wife Tammy, Michael Thomas Norris and his wife Christine Roth, grandchildren, Jonathan Patrick Pike, Christopher Randise, Shealyn Pike, Alexander Randise, Patrick Robert Norris, Erica Norris, and Zack Buckner, siblings, Elizabeth Norris, Maurice Norris and his wife Joan and Edward Norris and his wife Helene, nieces, nephew and friends, Joseph McGuriman, Patricia Donnelly, Nancy Bold, the Carusos and their families and his beloved cat, Max.

A visitation for "Pop" will be held Monday, December 14, 2020 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701. A funeral mass will occur Monday, December 14, 2020 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Luke's RC Church, 1674 Old Freehold Road, Toms River, NJ 08755. A graveside service will occur Monday, December 14, 2020 from 12PM at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery Lakewood, NJ.
