

Rosemarie DeSalvo, age 78, of the Lake Ridge section of Toms River, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ. She was born on August 10, 1938 in Elizabeth, NJ, and she was the daughter of the late Mary and Salvatore Molle. Rosemarie was raised in Elizabeth, and had resided in Linden, NJ for many years, before moving to Toms River 4 years ago. She was a secretary for FedEx at the Newark Liberty International Airport before retiring in 2004 after 16 years of service. Rosemarie was a creative writer, and she was passionate about sewing. Sister of the late Paul and Anthony Molle, she is survived by her beloved husband, Mario DeSalvo; 2 children, Anthony DeSalvo and Marlene DeSalvo; a sister, Jennie Lieblein; and her nieces and nephews, Suzanne, Fred Joseph, Deanna, Lisa, Christine, Cheryl, Salvatore, Gary, Laura, and Lydia. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, November 11, 2016 at the D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Her funeral service will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday, November 12, 2016, in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in the St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery Mausoleum, Lakewood, NJ.
